Does anyone know of a bed rail that will fit a king size bed. Anything I’ve found so far (Lindam, BabyDan) will fit a double at most because of the way they attach on the far side of the mattress. But it seems like a good option for a bed rail; I chose it because of the way it clamps on the top, so that the baby can’t get trapped in a space between the rail and the bed, which reportedly can happen with some rails. We have a platform bed frame and a thick latex topped mattress, I think the standard bed rail might be too short. We’ve got a super king bed and the Safety First bed rail works a treat.
The bed rail is suitable for beds with mattress heights from 15cm to 20cm and mattress lengths from 152cm to 230cm, and slatted, divan and ensemble bed types. The bed rail can be used on slatted and solid bed and is easy to install. It is suitable for most cot beds, single beds and double beds with a minimum mattress width of 90cm, minimum length of 150cm and maximum mattress thickness of 20cm and can be used with a sunken mattress. The M-Rail Contoured Bed Rail adds bedside mobility and security with the ergonomic, m-shaped handrail. This Bed Rail fits twin to king-size mattresses and helps when needing to sit-up, balance, stand or transfer to a chair or wheelchair.
