I have no pictures for this, however I can tell you I have a cream wall, fairly small room, and a closet with 2 doors. Any tips? I will be getting a loft bed this summer, and I am redoing my room. I do want to repaint my wall. My four year old granddaughter is thrilled with her new loft bed. To my delight it is not as high as I thought it would be. The three-drawer chest is extra wide and easily opens and closes for her to access all of her clothes. The bookcase enables her to hide things in her fort area, as she calls it. You can purchase a loft bed from a furniture store, like IKEA, or, if you’re especially crafty, you could use one of these DIYs to make your own. The best part is, this particular loft doesn’t screw into the wall (it rests on 4 posts instead) so you can disassemble it and take it with you when you move to a new place. T his loft bed is 2 years old and although it has been used, is still in great condition as my son chose not to sleep on it. Still living at home while being a full time art major and about to gain 4 new little brothers I needed to make room in my bedroom to do my art pieces. A loft bed was my best option. What I like about this bed is that it doesn’t come with a desk already installed so i can put my own furniture under it and it doesn’t have a ladder that extends out causing more space issues (although I would have preferred one with it at both ends).
